About Me
I work at the intersection of policy, industry, and offshore wind – helping companies move from vision to delivery in one of the world's most complex and fast-moving energy sectors.
With a background in engineering and economics, I've built solid experience in renewable energy – from strategic advisory to hands-on project execution. At RWE, I worked on regulatory strategy and bid development, gaining insight into how large-scale developers approach new markets. As Project Manager at METCentre, I led the expansion of Norway's floating wind test site – securing permits, coordinating with authorities, and shaping the technical direction of key projects.
I've advised developers, suppliers, and public stakeholders across the offshore wind value chain. I understand what it takes to align commercial priorities with regulatory frameworks, and how to navigate stakeholder landscapes where regulation, timing and trust are just as important as technology.
Today, I support companies looking to succeed in offshore wind – with a focus on regulatory clarity, strategic positioning, and market entry.
